• Install forced air gas (FAG) energy efficient heating unit in basement per attached drawing and one in attic if deemed necessary.
• Install AC compressors.
• Install 50-gallon gas water heater.
• Install sloped PVC tubing for AC drainage.
• Install one fireplace log lighter and gas line.
• Provide and install all necessary air filters.
• All Freon lines charged with freon.
