After a quick trip to the local Menards I dropped of a load of OSB (flake board) so my builder could begin building the box form we will need to pour a suspended concrete pad. This 12'x12' concrete pad will be both a ceiling for my cold storage room and an extended garage floor. The form is essentially a wooden OSB floor supported by an extensive 2'x2' grid of 2x4"s. It took only a morning to build it and the concrete will be poured sometime next week.
