Yup, there's the plumbing.

The plumbers came and installed the sewer and water lines. They dug trenches in the fill and laid the pipes in the trenches. They had to punch a couple of holes through the perimeter concrete walls. The sewer and water access locations were then marked on the concrete walls, (essentially scratched on), and then the pipes were buried. This is really a one day job but there was an afternoon rain, big surprise, that slowed things down.
